Please bring your insurance information with you to the consultation so that we can expedite reimbursement.
Many procedures performed in our office are covered by your MEDICAL insurance. If you have a referral based medical plan (e.g. Keystone Healthplan East and Aetna HMO) you will be required to bring a referral from your primary care physician for the first visit. The procedures commonly covered by medical insurance are: impacted third molar (wisdom) teeth, TMJ disorders and appointments for examination and removal of oral lesions.
